Together, we’ll set clear goals and identify a course of action. Sessions are usually weekly, giving you regular opportunities to reflect and work on solutions as a family. In between sessions, you’ll have tasks or activities to try that will bring you closer to your shared goals, helping to strengthen your connection and work through challenges together.

Course length
