During your free initial conversation with your therapist, you will be able to explain your needs and book an assessment.

At your first appointment you will decide –  supported by your therapist – what your therapy  plan will look like.

Choosing well

All of our group and individual therapies have their advantages, but it’s important you take time to choose the best fit for you.

For example, if you are interested in speaking one on one with a therapist, for a deeper exploration of your personal issues, individual therapy, such as CBT or psychodynamic therapy, might be the best fit for you.

Alternatively, couple or family therapy can provide additional insight and support from a life partner or close relation, when looking to explore shared issues and experiences.
