My name is Helen, and I am a Senior Psychological Therapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years’ experience working within the NHS across
all ages.

As well as being accredited as a CBT Therapist I am also trained and experienced in delivering Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy.

I offer therapy to clients with a range of anxiety and mood
disorders, chronic developmental trauma and attachment difficulties.

I have extensive experience treating post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, body
dysmorphic disorder, social phobia, specific phobia, generalised anxiety disorder,
separation anxiety, OCD, panic, health anxiety, panic and low self-esteem. I am skilled at adapting therapy for clients who are neurodivergent and for children and adolescents.

Most people experience mental health or emotional difficulties at some point in their life and it is important to reach out for support. I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space to explore your difficulties. We will work together as a team to explore strategies to help you overcome your difficulties, reduce symptoms and
improve your quality of life.
